1 ½ cups almond flour
¼ flax meal
1 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp of chia seeds + ½ cup of water
3 Tbsp almond milk
Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Combine the chia seeds with the water in a small bowl and set aside to let bind.
Combine all ingredients except for seasoning in a mixing bowl and stir. Add in the thickened chia seed mixture
Grab a chunk of the dough and flatten and create a hole in the middle and place on a sprayed baking sheet. If you have a doughnut pan, spray and use that.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove and let those bad boys cool. Shake on that everything bagel seasoning for a kick! Keeps for a few days in the fridge. I ate mine for breakfast in the mornings with almond butter and mixed berries.
