¾ cup of dates
2/3 cup roasted hazelnuts (whole)
1/3 cup of roasted hazelnuts (pulsed a few times in food processor)
½ cup of oats
1/3 cup almond butter
¼ cup cacao
2 Tbsp almond milk
1 ¼ cup of melted dairy free baking chocolate
Blend oats into a flour.
Put everything in the blender except for the hazelnuts until you get a doughy texture.
Tear pieces of dough and roll into small balls. Place a whole roasted hazelnut in the middle of each truffle and freeze for 30 minutes.
Start melting your chocolate over the stove and add in the ground hazelnuts to the chocolate.
Once truffles are frozen, dip into the chocolate and make sure you get the hazelnut crumbs in there too. Freeze for 2 hours and ENJOY.
